On April 1, China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Promotion Conference and Global Vehicle Trade Tour (Laos Station) was held in Vientiane, Laos. Yang Xingping, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, together with other governmental officials were present at the conference. Chengdu Suzhui Import and Export Co., Ltd. (Soodri), as a representative of the enterprise, travels with the delegation.

The event is organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and hosted by Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu. Su Feixiang, General Manager of Soodri, delivered a speech as an outstanding enterprise representative. According to Su, in recent years, with the rapid and high-quality development of China’s automobile industry, the competitiveness of China-made cars, especially the electric vehicles, has been gradually increased in global market, which has also promoted the wave of Chinese automobile exports.

As the first pilot enterprises for used car export in China, Soodri has exported to 47 countries and regions worldwide since its business began in 2019, achieving sales volume of 5,000 vehicles. At the Laos station, Soodri has successfully signed cooperation contract with VK Group, a giant automobile trade enterprise in Laos. Both sides will deepen cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
As an important part of this promotion conference, Soodri collaborated with VK Group to host an auto show tour. More than 70 people from Sichuan Provincial Government and China-Laos enterprises attended the activity. At the auto show, representatives from China and Laos showed great interest in cooperation and explored the possibility of further cooperation.

The trip in Laos will further promote the cooperation on international production capacity between Sichuan and ASEAN countries, boosting Sichuan auto trade enterprises to expand market and seize orders. In the next three years, Soodri will be committed to building an industry-leading used car export platform, providing a series of sales, services, accessories, charging and other solutions for Laos and other overseas markets, offering customers with higher-quality products and services, and making China-made products renowned in the world.
